It is considered essential and best practice for residential lettings agents to provide an inventory at the start of a tenancy and may often undertake the management and maintenance of the property. A significant part of this is the need for an inventory that accurately reflects the state of the property, and can be used at a later date as evidence if required.
We are able to advise on what is needed in an inventory to provide that protection and why just relying on photographs is not sufficient.
Some of our agent clients outsource their entire inventory requirements to us, knowing we will just take the problem off their hands and manage it for them.
