Provision of Inventories for Tenants

Many good landlords will commission a good quality inventory and give the tenant a copy. If your landlord has done that, then there is little or no need to have your own inventory.

However many landlords do not get a good inventory compiled or have it updated for a new tenancy, which can leave a lot of scope for arguments at the end of the tenancy. If the landlord is making a claim on your deposit, and saying that contents are missing or the place has been damaged, then a good inventory provides protection at the end of the tenancy.

We advise tenants on the right level of inventory to provide that protection. We can provide the inventory for you at a very competitive price.

Contact us us if you are a tenant and feel the current inventory does not accurately reflect the property you are renting.
